Last weekend was a perfect one for the Captains...two great wins for men's soccer in Texas, two road victories for field hockey, football got into the win column, and volleyball and women's soccer continued to roll.
The new polls this week have the men's soccer team still #1 in the nation, and volleyball all alone in the #6 spot this week. Field hockey has moved up to #7.
Family Weekend is coming up...lots of home events...and a lot to cheer about. Volleyball has a huge match Friday night at the Freeman Center at 8 pm vs. Wisconsin-Oshkosh...football has a battle with Averett Saturday at 1 at POMOCO Stadium...men's soccer plays Saturday night at home under the lights against Ferrum...and field hockey is home Friday and Saturday night at 6 each night...
Get ready to cheer on the Captains!
